What happens in the skin consultation

Our aim is to find out what you love and don’t love about your skin, if you have any particular skin concerns and what your skin goals are. We  that with a full skin and assessment, so we can create the right and skincare plan for you.

During your consultation, we’ll remove makeup or products from so we can fully your skin, including the texture, thickness and colour which could such as acne or pigmentation. Your skin will also be examined under a skin scanner, which can indicate if your skin is healthy, dehydrated, oily, or has sun damage. We will take your before photos, so you can see your progress throughout your treatment plan.

We’ll then discuss your daily and and treatment plan to get the best results for you and your skin. We may recommend a number of  chemical peels, or Hydrafacial, and skincare to use at home. Depending on your goals or the severity of your skin concern, we will refer you to a doctor or specialist nurse. And if you are in injectables as a solution to the signs of ageing, we can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber too.

Book a general skin with a nurse or practitioner. Ideal for those with mild to moderate skin concerns including mild acne, congested skin, open pores, pigmentation, dull skin and mild signs of ageing, or for those who are simply just unsure where to start. Your skin will be fully  for a number of skin concerns, your skin goals will be assessed, and your personalised  plan will be recommended. To secure an appointment, we will require a deposit. Your credit or debit card details will be secured against your booking. For or Nurse consultations we take a fully (subject to terms) deposit of £25 and £50 for Doctor led . Please refer to our for more information.

Your skin consultation lasts around minutes. This will allow the practitioner to fully assess your skin and your skin goals, discuss your concerns and create a recommended treatment plan.

The is completely free, but we do require a £25 deposit to secure your consultation. You won’t be charged if you attend your appointment, or you cancel or move your over 48 hours before your in line with our  policy.​

The cost of your treatment and/or plan will be during your consultation, but can start from £59, depending on your clinic.

Your consultation will be with one of our specialist nurses or practitioners with of the skin. Should you have a more severe skin concern, they can also refer you into a doctor or  if you need to see one. Please note these with a doctor or are  and do require a refundable* – please check the consultation price before booking. We can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber for an   if you are concerned about the signs of ageing. We will ask you to come makeup free, but feel free to bring some with you to put on after the consultation if you wish.

Our expert skin will ask a of questions which are to help them create the best plan of action to tackle your skin concern. For example:

You can wear makeup to your appointment, however, we recommend that you come makeup free so that we can spend the maximum amount of time your skin. We cannot fully your skin with makeup on as we need to assess the texture, thickness and colour which could indicate concerns such as acne or sensitivity.

Step 1 – We will have a chat with you about everything you don’t love about your skin, whether you have any particular concerns and what your goals are to help us create your personalised plan.

Step 2 – Before photos will be taken, allowing us to track your throughout your plan.

Step 3 – Your skin will be under a skin * which will indicate if your skin is healthy, dehydrated, oily, congested, etc. Our practitioners will also touch your skin to allow us to assess the texture, thickness and sensitivity of your skin.

Step 4 – Our expert will create a treatment plan for you, which could combine both and an at-home product regime. We may several options chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatment or Hydrafacial, and to use at home. If you have a more severe concern, such as cystic acne, we will refer you to a doctor. If you are interested in anti-ageing to boost your confidence, we can also refer you to a doctor or nurse .
